Editorial Policy & Evidence Grading Standards

Our methodology for evaluating peer-reviewed peptide literature, grading clinical trial strength, and maintaining strict separation between scientific synthesis and medical practice.

1. Editorial Mission & Research-Only Scope

Oria BioStack is an independent scientific literature synthesis portal covering bioactive peptides, incretin receptor agonists, bioregulators, and nootropic compounds. Every monograph, guide, and Journal readout is written for educational and informational reference only.

Strict Non-Commercial Compound Neutrality: Oria BioStack does not manufacture, compound, source, broker, or sell any research chemicals, peptides, or pharmaceuticals, nor do we accept affiliate commissions from peptide vendors or compounding pharmacies.

2. Evidence Grading Rubric (Grades A+ to C)

Every compound monograph in the Oria Encyclopedia is assigned an explicit Evidence Grade so readers can immediately distinguish FDA-approved therapeutics from early-stage preclinical compounds:

GradeClinical ThresholdRepresentative Compounds
Grade A+ / AMultiple large-scale, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled Phase III human trials and/or FDA/EMA regulatory approval.Semaglutide, Tirzepatide, Tesamorelin
Grade B+ / BPublished Phase II human clinical trials or extensive, multi-center human clinical data with well-characterized pharmacokinetics.Retatrutide, Thymosin Alpha-1, CJC-1295, Ipamorelin, PT-141
Grade CPreclinical animal models, in vitro receptor assays, or small/regional Phase I human studies without large-scale Western Phase III replication.BPC-157, TB-500, MOTS-c, Epithalon, Adamax

3. Primary Source Verification Hierarchy

Claims regarding receptor affinity, half-life, molecular weight, trial endpoints, and adverse event rates must be anchored to primary scientific records:

  • PubMed / MEDLINE & Peer-Reviewed Journals: Primary study citations include lead author, publication year, journal title, and PMID or DOI where available.
  • ClinicalTrials.gov Registry: Active and completed human trials are cross-referenced by NCT identifier, trial phase, sample size, and primary outcome measures.
  • Regulatory & Anti-Doping Filings: FDA prescribing information, 503A/503B bulk substance categorization lists, EMA assessments, and WADA Prohibited List classifications are cited directly.
  • Segregation of Anecdotal Reports: Community observations from public forums (such as Reddit) are strictly isolated inside labeled Community Experiences blocks and are never presented as clinical evidence.

4. Editorial Leadership & Review Workflow

All content published on Oria BioStack is overseen and reviewed by Michael Holaschke, MSc, MBA (Founder & Managing Editor), ensuring that computational literature synthesis and automated trial monitoring adhere to strict citation accuracy and non-prescriptive educational framing.

When new Phase II/III readouts, safety communications, or regulatory reclassifications occur, monographs and guides are updated and stamped with their latest modification date.

5. Corrections & Contact

If you identify a citation discrepancy, broken NCT/PMID reference, or newly published clinical trial readout that updates an existing monograph, please contact our editorial desk at hello@oriabiostack.com. Verified corrections are applied within 48 hours.
